Process

Six clear steps, with your approval at each one. 3–5 weeks for a 60–90 second explainer, from approved brief to final files.

  1. Day 1

    Discovery call

A 20-minute call. You tell us about the product, the audience and where the video will live. We ask a lot of questions about your best customers.

    You

Share your website, deck or product access.

    You get

A short plan and a written quote.

  2. Week 1

    Brief and script

Our scriptwriter writes a timed script built around one problem and one promise. We refine it together until it sounds like your company.

    You

    Review and approve the script.

    You get

A final script with timings and on-screen text.

  3. Week 1–2

    Style frames and storyboard

A few designed stills set the look, then a storyboard shows every scene. You see exactly how the video will look before animation starts.

    You

Approve the look and the storyboard.

    You get

Style frames and a full storyboard.

  4. Week 2

    Voiceover and music

You choose a voice (US, UK, Australian or another accent; male or female). We record it with a professional voice artist, or produce a natural AI voice if you prefer (both priced in the calculator), and pick music that fits the pace.

    You

    Pick your favourite voice sample.

    You get

    Approved voiceover and music track.

  5. Week 2–4

    Animation

Our animators bring every scene to life, add sound design and send a full draft on a review link where you can comment on exact moments.

    You

    Leave time-stamped comments.

    You get

A full animated draft, then the revised version.

  6. Week 3–5

    Delivery

Final masters in every ratio you need, plus a captioned version and any cutdowns we agreed.

    You

    Publish and share it.

    You get

    Final files in 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, plus a captioned version.

Questions

How long does it take to make an explainer video?

Usually 3–5 weeks for a 60–90 second explainer, from approved brief to final files. The biggest factor is how fast feedback comes back at each approval step.

How many revisions are normal?

2 rounds of revisions at each stage (script, storyboard, animation). Approving the script and storyboard first keeps late changes small.

What do you need from us to start?

Your website or deck, brand files (logo, colours, fonts), access to the product or Figma files, and 20 minutes for a kick-off call.

How do we communicate?

Email, Slack or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. We work with teams in every time zone. Book a call at a time that suits you on our booking calendar, and between calls we keep you updated in your shared channel, so time zones never slow a project down.

Who owns the files?

You own the final video outright. Project source files are included on request.

Tell us what your product does and who it’s for. We reply within one working day with a short plan for the video that fits it best.
