Service · Product demo videos

A product demo video walks a buyer through your actual features. We animate your interface so each step is clean, focused and easy to follow, and so you never have to re-record when the UI changes slightly.

The short answer

In one paragraphA product demo video shows how software works, step by step, for people who already know the problem and are comparing tools. It is usually 60 to 180 seconds long and focuses on real features and workflows, while an explainer video is shorter and focuses on the problem and the big idea.

Screen recordings look fine to the team that built the product, but buyers see a busy screen, a moving cursor and no focus. An animated walkthrough zooms in on what matters, hides the noise, and moves at a pace people can follow.

We use your real product as the source, simplify it, and animate each step with clear highlights and short on-screen captions. The result works on your pricing page, in sales follow-ups, inside onboarding emails and in your help centre.

What you get

3–5 weeks for a 60–90 second explainer, from approved brief to final files. 2 rounds of revisions at each stage (script, storyboard, animation).

  • Feature map and script built around one workflow or use case
  • Clean, simplified recreation of your UI in vector form
  • Smooth zooms, highlights and callouts that guide the eye
  • Voiceover or text-only version for silent autoplay
  • Chapter cuts for each feature, so you can reuse them in docs and emails
  • You own the final video outright. Project source files are included on request.

How we approach it

  1. 01

    One workflow at a time

Each demo follows a single job your user wants done, from start to finish.

  2. 02

    Focus, then context

Zoom in on the click that matters, then pull back so viewers know where they are.

  3. 03

    Future-proof UI

Simplified UI ages better than recordings, so minor product updates don’t date the video.

  4. 04

    Reusable chapters

Each feature is a separate cut you can drop into docs, emails and support articles.

Questions

What is the difference between an explainer video and a product demo video?

An explainer answers “why should I care?” for people who are new to you, in 60 to 90 seconds. A product demo answers “how does it work?” for people already comparing tools, and shows real features step by step, usually in 60 to 180 seconds.

Why animate the UI instead of screen recording it?

Animation lets us remove clutter, zoom in on what matters and keep the pace even. It also stays useful longer, because small product changes don’t make it look outdated.

Can you work from Figma files?

Yes. Figma files are ideal, because we can rebuild your screens accurately. Screenshots and a short screen recording of the workflow also work.

Can the video work without sound?

Yes. We add on-screen captions and text callouts so the demo makes sense on mute, which matters for autoplay on websites and social feeds.

How long does it take?

Usually 3–5 weeks for a 60–90 second explainer, from approved brief to final files, depending on how many features we cover.
